Ark Industrial

In 2022, National Civil Co was awarded a $1m contract to complete a Level 2 controlled fill project for Ark Industrial for an industrial development site in Laverton. As a virtual greenfield project, and in preparation for subsequent pavements and building works, National Civil Co mobilised heavy earth moving equipment for the removal of vegetation and topsoil, and the subsequent placement of structural fill.

Korongvale Culvert and Ararat Culvert

National Civil Co has successfully executed multiple culvert replacement projects across the expansive landscape of the Victorian Metro, ARTC and V/Line rail networks. The thorough and detailed staging, programming, resourcing, and procurement prior to works on the ground itself resulted in all projects being completed successfully, and in the provided occupation windows for the timely hand-over to the client and networks operations.

South Dynon Train Maintenance Facility Works

Inverleigh Derailment and Rehabilitation

In response to this critical situation, the expertise of National Civil Co was called upon. Our task was formidable: to complete the construction of a new track formation and alignment, and assist with the 4.5 slew of the track for the network to be operational again. This decisive effort was crucial to restore the network to operational status once more.

Koo Wee Rup Drainage Works (MRPV)

Under Major Road Projects Victoria’s (MRPV) ‘Tranche 2B’ collaborative procurement panel, Seymour Whyte was appointed as head contractor to design and construct an extra lane, upgrade of intersections and installation of safety barriers between Princes Freeway and Manks Road (southeast of Melbourne).

72MW Campus Project

Our engagement was secured via a contract with Hickory, charged with executing critical civil works that would lay the groundwork for the facility’s seamless operations. The scope involved an array of works, including but not limited to, bulk earthworks, crushed rock pavements, stormwater drainage systems, kerb and channel construction, and the construction of light- and heavy-duty asphalt pavements.

East Pakenham Car Park Works

Central to the East Pakenham Station enhancement was the construction of a sprawling car park, strategically designed to accommodate 300 vehicles. Augmenting its functionality, the station now boasts dedicated bike facilities, thoughtfully designed bus bays, and purpose-built pick-up and drop-off zones.
