East Pakenham Car Park Works
National Civil Co successfully secured the contract for the East Pakenham Station Car Park Works and the accompanying Station Access Road as an integral component of the broader Pakenham Level Crossing Removal Project.
Central to the East Pakenham Station enhancement was the construction of a sprawling car park, strategically designed to accommodate 300 vehicles. Augmenting its functionality, the station now boasts dedicated bike facilities, thoughtfully designed bus bays, and purpose-built pick-up and drop-off zones.
Our involvements encompassed a comprehensive scope, encompassing all facets of construction. From earthworks to precisely executed pavement construction to intricate stormwater drainage construction, to the detailed heavy-duty concrete pavements and light and heavy-duty asphalt pavements. National Civil Co ensured every aspect was executed with utmost precision with the latest technology implemented on the project. The project's meticulous attention to detail was extended to the construction of the essential finishing works such as the installation of street furniture, bollards, line marking and street signs.
Anticipated to unfold predominantly in the latter half of 2023 and extend into 2024, this project highlights National Civil Co's commitment to seamlessly combining expertise, innovation, and collaboration to bring transformative infrastructure to life.

Ark Industrial
In 2022, National Civil Co was awarded a $1m contract to complete a Level 2 controlled fill project for Ark Industrial for an industrial development site in Laverton. As a virtual greenfield project, and in preparation for subsequent pavements and building works, National Civil Co mobilised heavy earth moving equipment for the removal of vegetation and topsoil, and the subsequent placement of structural fill.
